Growing up, my dad and I spent countless hours adventuring in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, sharing a deep bond over our love for the outdoors.

In 2018, my world was shattered when he was tragically shot and killed by someone breaking into our home. Losing him in such a violent and senseless way has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced.

The Course is my way of processing that loss and celebrating his life through the trails and people we loved. With the help of my dad’s closest friends, we’re riding some of New Mexico’s most iconic mountain biking trails, where each trail represents a stage of grief.
